The International Association for Community Development (IACD) President, Charlie McConnell signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Community Development Society (CDS) President, Dave Lamie, during the annual CDS conference held in Kentucky in July. IACD's next conference is to be a joint conference with CDS in Minnesota, USA in July 2016 with the theme Sustaining Community Change: building local capacity to sustain development initiatives.
