President's Corner
Many thanks to those MACDEP members and all the attendees of the 2012 Rural Community Conference; with approximately 160 registrants and 25 exhibitors, the conference was a resounding success. Also, kudos to Dave Bertelsen who received the NACDEP Distinguished State Service Award and to the educators at the MSU Local Government Center, Jennifer Blessum, Betsy Webb, Dan Clark, Janelle Booth and Dustin Dallman who received the NACDEP Educational Package - Team Award for the Western Region presented at this year's NACDEP Conference in Park City UT May 22nd. Congratulations!
