President's Corner

We are excited to be hosting the NACDEP and CDS Boards in Big Sky, MT Sept. 7-10 to plan our 2017 CDS-NACDEP Conference. To coincide with this visit, our annual MSU Community Development (CD) Update takes place, and we look forward to learning more about Board members who will share their work with our MSU faculty. Please me if you are interested to join by phone or in person.

The 7th Annual Community Foundation Convening is Sept. 26 & 27 in Helena. I am happy to be serving on the planning committee and we have a great line up of speakers and activities; you can learn more about topics such as socially responsible investing, endowment building, and have a chance to engage with community members who want to create a lasting legacy in their communities.
